VENGEANCE IS NOT OURS, IT’S GOD’S

It is a declamation piece that tells us about the story of a man, named Oscar, who suffered for five years with her mother. It started when his father was arrested by cruel Nippon. His father wasn’t even able to say goodbye to them. Oscar and her mother followed them mile after mile. They became ragged, hungry and thirsty. They passed a group of Japanese people eating. They loved to have some of those fruits that they’re eating. Then, suddenly, they heard a voice. They ran towards the direction of the voice. They were shocked of what they’ve seen. Oscar’s father was hanging on a tree and was beaten terribly to death.  Oscar’s father died and they cried their hearts out. His mother became weak. They wander from place to place. There was a war that time. They were heading to their hide-out when bombs started falling and his mother got hit. He took her into his arms and cried out. And promise to revenge but his mother told him that vengeance is God’s. His mother died and he was left alone without food or anything. And he was begging for alms.
